3563 Vibration Analysis Sensor

The goal was to visualise how the Fluke 3563 vibration sensor system works in industrial environments.
I was tasked with creating full 3D animations to illustrate the flow: how vibrations are measured, data is transmitted, and the internal mechanics of the sensor.
The animations were designed to combine into a polished promotional video, enhancing both understanding and trust for potential users.

Device System Overview

The Fluke 3563 is a high-precision wireless vibration sensor designed for continuous monitoring of industrial machinery.

It tracks asset health in real time, sending data to the cloud for analysis and alerting users to early signs of failure.

Built for long-term deployment, it supports multi-year battery life, high sampling accuracy, and seamless integration with condition monitoring software.

Production Flow

I began by gathering references and defining the story we wanted to tell. Based on the product requirements, I wrote a short script and prepared a simple storyboard to outline the key scenes.

Next, I created all 3D models and animations in Blender, including the exploded view of the sensor and sequences showing installation and operation.

The final edit was assembled in DaVinci Resolve, first with a TTS voiceover for review. After approval, I applied all refinements and delivered the finished promotional animation.
